After graduating from the University of Guelph with a BSc, Dr. Ann finished the 4 year program from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto in 1999. She then set up a practice in Ottawa and has been supporting people locally on their health journey ever since.<\/p>

Dr. Ann is a dedicated practitioner and loves to help people of all ages with a general family practice and is continually learning, researching and exploring new information on health and new potential modalities to help her clients to the best of her ability. Modalities that Dr. Ann offers are Nutrition, Homeopathy, Botanical (herbal) Medicine, Acupuncture and Bowen therapy.\u00a0<\/p>

Dr. Lawrence ND also has an interest in detoxification and offers a Cleansing Foot Spa.\u00a0 Dr. Ann is also able to order various laboratory testing including blood, urine, hair analysis and Food Intolerance testing.<\/p>

Dr. Ann\u2019s services are available in English for children and adults. They are offered in-person or virtually by online video and are covered by most extended health insurance plans. Please confirm with your insurance provider to determine coverage.<\/p>

Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) are primary healthcare providers and, as such, are able to help with many health concerns with a focus on prevention of disease as well. People of all ages with many chronic and acute conditions may benefit from sessions with a Naturopathic Doctor.<\/p>

The methodology and approach of NDs is generally different from Medical Doctors and often can work well in conjunction with standard medical treatments. We will work with your current health care team, but we make it clear that only your prescribing MD can determine when a current medication or treatment is no longer needed. As well, NDs are trained to interpret and have access to blood and other lab tests to help with the process.<\/p>

Our health is closely linked to diet, lifestyle, environment, emotional health (stress!), and social and spiritual fulfillment.
